What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client pipelines
- Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Engineering
- Confident in business development and cold outreach
- Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
- Organised, ambitious, and target-driven
- Oldham-based or commutable
