We are seeking an experiencedĀ Site supervisorĀ to support the Site Manager on a CommercialĀ Refurbishment projectĀ inĀ Inverness, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

Start Date:Ā June
ā³ Duration: 6 months
š Hours:Ā 40 hours per week
šøĀ Salary:Ā Competitive
Requirements:
- ValidĀ SMSTSĀ certification
- ValidĀ First AidĀ qualification
- ValidĀ CSCSĀ Card
- Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- (Joiner to trade avantageous but not essential)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently
- Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
